Life Together — New Sermon Series Starts in September

Categories: Worship

Life TogetherJoin us in worship for a new sermon series starting September 11! Based on the book by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Life Together is Bonhoeffer’s story of a unique fellowship in an underground seminary during the Nazi reign in Germany. Bonhoeffer, martyred in WWII, left a legacy of writings which has encouraged and inspired Christians around the world.

Life Together is bread for all who are hungry for the real life of Christian fellowship. It can be compared to one of Paul’s letters to the early church—practical advice for sustaining life together with Christ through families and groups.

“We must be ready to allow ourselves to be interrupted by God. God will be constantly crossing our paths and canceling our plans by sending us people with claims and petitions.”

― Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Life Together: The Classic Exploration of Christian Community

We hope to see you in worship! If you miss a week, you can always catch up on what you missed by listening to a sermon online.

“We do God’s work for our brothers and sisters when we learn to listen to them. Christians who can no longer listen to one another will soon no longer be listening to God either.”

― Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Life Together: The Classic Exploration of Christian Community
