Grow in Faith

At Kingswood, our youth grades 6 through 12 have the opportunity every week to grow in their spiritual development through small group studies.  We have classes Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings and Wednesday evenings.  You’re sure to find a spot that’s just right for you!

Sunday Morning Classes:

High School Class, 9th through 12th Grades

We are here to learn about God. But it’s not just boring Bible talk. We’re real with each other. We ask tough questions and try to search for the best possible way to live.
When: Sundays, 9:45am-10:45am
Where: Room 303, The Youth Café (upstairs in the Kingswood Community Life Center)

Middle School Class, Grades 6th through 8th

This isn’t your typical Sunday School, yes we do talk about God and study the Bible. But it’s not typical cause we have a lot of fun! It’s definitely worth getting out of bed for!
When: Sundays, 9:45am-10:45am
Where: Room 312, Middle School Room (upstairs in the Kingswood Community Life Center)

Wednesday Evening Classes:

Where is God? The youth will be exploring movies, books and music looking for biblical lessons in our popular culture.  This semester we’ll view and discuss the movies, Contact, Avatar and The Hunger Games. We meet in room 312 from 6:30 pm to 7:25 pm.

Sunday Evening Classes:

Youth Fellowship – Most Sundays from 5:00-7:00 pm we meet in the Youth Cafe (room 303 in the Community Life Center) for a time of fellowship.  Sunday evenings is a time for us to explore our relationship with God, each other and our community. We have dinner, play some games, or hang out if you prefer, get to know each other better and of course, we have discussions about God!   We tackle some of the really tough questions about God and have an open environment where questions are encouraged.
