Boy Scout Troop 477

Boy Scout Troop 477 meets every Tuesday from 7:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. in the Scout Hut located on the church grounds.  Scouting has been described as a game with a purpose. The game is fun and adventure in the outdoors. The purpose is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Scouting offers adventures young people enjoy, teaches them lifetime values and skills, and introduces them to leadership. Since 1973, over 120 Scouts have earned the rank of Eagle Scout at Kingswood.
