PHILOSOPHY

Through a school program at Kingswood United Methodist Church, we seek to extend our mission with children ages two through five years old. Recognizing that the earliest years of a person's life are a most critical time for learning and developing, we wish to join hands with parents in providing a firm foundation for their children's lives. We endeavor to provide an encouraging environment in which children may grow intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, socially, and physically.

It is our aim to help each child find joy, discovery, and learning in a nurturing, Christian environment. Some special aspects of our program include math and reading readiness, language development, computer instruction, chapel, music, movement, social studies, arts and crafts, celebrations of the theater, holiday parties, and parenting education programs.
